Where are you based?
A.Our studio is based in Edwinstowe House, Borough High st, Edwinstowe, Mansfield, NG21 9PR.
We have a large car park with lots of free parking and we will meet you in reception at your session time to bring you into the studio.
What should I bring to the session?
A.Just your dog! We provide all props, treats and coloured backdrops. If your pup has a favourite toy or treat that helps them feel comfortable, feel free to bring it along. No need for special outfits - personalities shine best.
My dog is nervous around new people or environments. Can we still do a shoot?
A.Absolutely! Our sessions are calm, relaxed, and tailored to your dog's pace. We work gently, allowing nervous dogs to warm up slowly so we can capture their true personality without stress.
My dog has a disability, is blind, or is older - can they still join?
A.Yes! Every dog is welcome. We adapt our studio set up and session flow to suit dogs of all ages and abilities, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.
What if my dog has an accident during the session?
A.No worries! Accidents happen. Our studio is prepared for this, and we'll continue the session without stress for you or your dog. We also have a nice grass area outside where you can take your dog for toilet breaks if needed.
Do I need to groom my dog beforehand?
A.Just a little TLC goes a long way! A quick brush and, if needed, a bath will help your dog feel comfy and look their best. Don't worry about perfection - we will handle any final fluff-ups in the studio to make them shine.
What kind of backgrounds and props do you use?
A.We have a variety of vibrant, coloured backdrops and fun props to suit your dogs personality. We'll discuss options before your session so the images truly reflect your pet.
How do I receive my photos?
A.After your session, you'll receive a private online gallery with the photos taken from the session so you can choose your favourites. We'll also edit a few sample images to show you how the final images will look. Once you've made your selection, you can decide if you'd like to upgrade to more edited photos.
How much are the upgraded photo packages?
A.We offer an easy upgrade option for any session. Once you've chosen your initial images, additional images can be purchased for £25 per image. If you'd like a larger set, we can also offer small packages at a discounted rate. Just ask us for options when selecting your favourites.
